I ripped this Universal Logo Montage from my Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein (1948) dvd.
This was the montage that was cut together for this first wave of Universal Classic Monsters dvd's - long since out of print.
I get a lump in my throat every time I watch it. I wanted to share it with you as I find it timeless and beautiful. It's MY WORLD. Please have a look - it's very short.

Crazy! I just watched Abbott & Costello Met Frankenstein 10 minutes ago and was just thinking how great the Universal monsters are.
That was amazing. I loved it. Those were some fantastic movies.
Ross - you know, you remember I'm sure. I've seen A and C meet F more times than any other movie. Bout 8 or 900 times now. I need help.
KEITH! Thanks man - pity they don't put this montage on the discs any more - I loved that they took the time to do it (and do it well) at all. The studio that Dracula and Frankenstein built baby.
Excellent find! Love the shot of the Bride screaming. Great inclusion of Claude Rains too. Well done!
